What changes
The Municipality of Silvi is not on the list of qualified contracting authorities, so it asks the Abruzzo regional purchasing agency (Areacom) to run two tenders: works to redevelop a peripheral area with a skate park, children's play area, car park and cycle path (€840,857.64, development and cohesion funds) and the completion of groynes and submerged barriers (€704,392.39). The act approves the draft service agreement, to be signed for each tender.

The act states that it entails no cost for the municipal budget. The CUPs are H35B25000030005 (peripheral area, financed by the Development and Cohesion Fund 2021-2027, urban regeneration call) and H32B26003220002 (groynes and barriers). Areacom confirmed its availability by a note of 15 October 2026.
