The total cost is €1,050,000.00: €750,000.00 from the Development and Cohesion Fund 2021-2027 (regional urban regeneration call, line B) and €300,000.00 from the municipal budget.

CUP H35B25000030005. Coverage is €998,307.57 on one budget line (of which €20,869.96 already committed by decision no. 2915 of 5 December 2025) and €51,692.43 on another, already committed. The works will be tendered through the regional agency Areacom, for €840,857.64 of works (see act no. 3627). Resolution no. 237 of 22 October 2026.
