The act records the contribution-compliance certificate (DURC) and states that the service was carried out. The bid is called "Capital of Sport 2028" in the subject line and, in the recitals for Giunta resolution no. 21 of 5 February 2026, "European Town of Sport" 2028: the act does not say whether they are the same bid.
