The Municipality declares effective the award of works for a 99.39 kWp solar plant on the roof of the multi-storey car park to the firm LSP di Losacco Massimo, of Atri. The bid has a 1% discount: €134,421.54 plus €1,887.09 of safety costs, €136,308.63 in total plus 10% VAT. The project is worth €160,000.00, covered by the €300,000 loan granted in 2022 by Cassa depositi e prestiti, together with the waterproofing of the roof (lot 1). The amount committed for the firm is €149,939.60.
