What changes
The Council approves, with 11 votes in favour, the draft agreement between Silvi and Atri to run the municipal secretary's office jointly. The previous agreement, signed in 2023, expired on 10 September 2026 and the Ministry of the Interior took note of this on 4 September. The new agreement lasts three years, with Silvi as lead authority and the secretary already serving in Silvi as general secretary. It keeps the same conditions as before, with the sole change of article 6, on financial relations.

The text of the resolution does not give the cost shares between the two Municipalities: they are in annex A (13 articles), which is not in the text read, as is the content of the change to article 6.
