What changes
The Municipality confirms the direct order on the public administration electronic marketplace (no. 1725592) to Maggioli S.p.A. for the service of sending acts through the national digital notification platform (SEND), for €25,000 VAT included. The award is direct (article 50, paragraph 1, letter b of the Public Contracts Code). Payment will follow by a later act, once supplied and invoiced.

CIG BD8B3DF4BD, DURC regular. Decision no. 2966 of 29 October corrects a clerical error in no. 2941 of the day before, which had named "Maggioli MT S.p.A." (a different VAT number) instead of "Maggioli S.p.A.", to which the order is made out. In point 2 of the operative part, however, the €25,000 is still "released" in favour of "Maggioli MT S.p.A.": the act does not explain the difference with point 4, which awards the service to Maggioli S.p.A.
