What changes
The Municipality approves a variation to the extraordinary road-resurfacing maintenance works, completion project, awarded on 9 July 2026 to the firm Procaccia & C. S.r.l. The new contract amount rises from €37,723.92 to €41,478.90 (safety costs included), an increase of €3,754.98. The economic framework rises to €51,058.06; €48,413.36 is already committed and €2,644.70 remains to be committed.

CIG BC24E2ED38. The completion works finish the resurfacing in contrada Coccioni, left unfinished in the first lot because quantities on SS16 had increased. The act checks that the increase (€3,754.98) is within the 15% limit set by article 120 of the Code (€5,658.59). Works dates: handover 9 September, suspension on the 10th, resumption on 7 October, completion on 8 October 2026: the variation is therefore approved on 30 October, after the works ended. The act states €48,557.19 available on the budget line, less than the new economic framework (€51,058.06).
