The Municipality awards Centrufficio S.r.l., of Teramo, the 12-month rental of a multifunction printer for the municipal library, for €732 VAT included (€600 plus 22% VAT): €540 of annual fee and €60 estimated for extra copies. The cost is split between €165 in 2026 and €567 in 2027. Three quotes were compared.

There were three quotes: Centrufficio at €45 a month with 4,000 black-and-white and 200 colour copies included; another firm at €175 a month with 1,000 and 500 copies included; a third at €42 a month with 2,500 black-and-white and 83 colour copies a month. The act explains choosing Centrufficio, despite the €3 higher monthly fee, by its larger number of included copies compared with the third offer.
