The Municipality starts the tender for the works to redevelop a peripheral area with a skate park, playground, car park and cycle path. The procedure is negotiated without a call, with at least five operators, through the regional procurement agency.

Decision to contract no. 2989 of 2 November 2026, CUP H35B25000030005; the project was approved by Giunta resolution no. 237 of 22 October 2026 and validated on 13 October. The text says the €750,000 grant is to come from the fund "if awarded" by the Region based on the outcome of the call, and that the €300,000 loan is to be scheduled "after the application succeeds": the tender is therefore launched before the funding appears to have been awarded. The project's economic framework shows works of €785,000, while the tender base is €840,857.64 (€55,857.64 more): the act does not explain the difference.
