What changes
The Giunta adopts the second update of the 2026-2028 three-year public works programme and the 2026 annual list, to reflect new needs arising after the first update, approved by the Council on 29 June 2026. The second and third years list the works considered a priority to propose for state and regional funding. After adoption the programme must be published, and may receive comments within 30 days before final approval.

Giunta resolution no. 241 of 29 October 2026. The works schedules, with the works and amounts, are in the annexes, which are not in the text read. The act says that, without certainty about own resources and transfers, the programmes are to be understood as flexible instruments subject to changes.
