What changes
The Mayor authorises, across the municipal territory, the early switch-on of heating systems in public and private buildings from 2 to 14 November 2026 inclusive. Systems may run up to 10 hours a day, also split, between 5:00 and 23:00, as an exception to the ordinary limit of 5 hours. Indoor temperature limits and rules on consumption and safety still apply. The technical service handles the municipal buildings.
