The Municipality pays €3,000 to the Associazione Culturale Abruzzo Arte e Cultura for the third edition of the "Silvart - Teatro nel Borgo" event, as decided by Giunta resolution no. 195 of 18 August 2026. The association's financial statement shows expenses of €10,431.10 and revenue of €10,431.10, contribution included.
To be checked
Decision no. 3011 of 4 November 2026, CIG exempt. The municipal regulation on grants requires that the sum not exceed the difference between costs and revenue: in the statement costs and revenue match once the grant is counted, so the €3,000 covers the shortfall. The act records that the association is not subject to IRES withholding and that VAT is non-deductible for it.
