What changes
The Town adopts rules letting residents with unpaid debts to the municipality (property tax, waste tax, fines, fees) from 2020 to today settle them by paying only the principal, with penalties and interest waived, in instalments over up to 36 months.
To be checked
Traffic fines must still be paid in full (only interest is waived). Missing payments cause automatic forfeiture, reinstating the full original amount plus penalties.
