OPENCIVTECH
Presidio Atri
This is where we put OpenCivTech's proposals: what could be done, what it would cost, and what we don't know. They sit in a separate section, apart from the records register and the dossiers, where we report only facts, and from the comments, where we give opinions.
Every figure has a source or is declared an estimate. Anyone mentioned can reply: if they send us a reply, we publish it in full. The proposals are written in Italian for people in Atri; this is our translation. To reply or discuss, there is the OpenCivTech Board.
A place where you borrow drills, ladders and pruning shears and bring them back, instead of buying them to use once. What it needs, what it would cost, what we don't know.
