What changes
The Town cancels a previous contract with Electronic Line for 5 electric bikes, after discovering the price wrongly included VAT for a supplier who actually operates VAT-exempt (flat-rate scheme). No payment had yet been made.
To be checked
Administrative error acknowledged and fixed before any payment or delivery: no financial harm to the Town. The supply will be re-awarded in a new act (see determination no. 879, already reviewed, which correctly re-awards it for €4,995).
