What changes
With the works on the new nursery wing finished, the Municipality pays the final instalment of €53,425.37 plus VAT (€58,767.91 with 10% VAT). The project costs €660,000.00: €600,000.00 from the PNRR and €60,000.00 from the Fondo Opere Indifferibili.

The contract was €418,511.49 (17.290% discount) with the firm Alsmas Edilizia; in 2025 the firm notified the transfer of its business unit to Sorgentone Costruzioni. A variation order raised the amount to €508,813.01: €90,301.52 more, about 21.6%. The advance payment, two progress payments and this instalment add up exactly to €508,813.01. CIG 98375223F8.
