What changes
The Red Cross uses some rooms of the former nursery in via Risorgimento free of charge. The utilities cannot be put in the Red Cross's name: they stay with the Municipality, which from 01/01/2027 will be reimbursed for consumption. Waste tax, cleaning and routine maintenance remain the Red Cross's responsibility.
