What changes
The Giunta approves the application to the ANCI call to give under-35s a public space. The west wing of Palazzo Ducale's ground floor is proposed with the project «ATRIO». National funding can reach €200,000; the Municipality puts in €50,000 (20.01%) and would provide the space free of charge to the managers.

Civica srl, already contracted for the funding-access service (decision no. 1175 of 22/09/2025), is a partner under an agreement of up to €45,000, with no tender. Actual spending is deferred to future acts, after admission. Application deadline: 31 October 2026. Works depend on the Soprintendenza's authorisation.
