Atri's waste tax (TARI) in the Municipality's acts: what they say and don't say

Updated 8 November 2026. It summarises only acts published on the Municipality of Atri's public notice board and already in the Register: each entry links to the record, which links to the original act. It does not replace reading the act and is not legal or tax advice. Act texts are in Italian.

In brief

TARI is the municipal waste tax. Between September and November 2026 the Municipality published several acts about it: the list of users with the waste social bonus, the printing of balance bills, refunds to people who paid too much, assessment notices for past years and the renewal of the contract with the company that supports the tax office. Here they are in order, with what each act says.

What the acts do not say

Actual collections from the notices and payments to the company are data that can be requested from the Municipality through a freedom-of-information (accesso civico) request.

If you received a notice or a bill

Check who issued it, the years indicated and the deadlines written on the document, and contact the Municipality's Tax Office. The terms to pay or contest are those written on the notice: we do not give them here because we have no source to cite. If in doubt, ask a professional.
